URBAN OR RURAL?
Living in the country side may seem to be boring especially when one is used to urban life, but who can tell the opportunities that are available in rural areas that are likely too expensive in town? Starting with the question of:
- Plenty of Land
- Plenty of Water
- Plenty of Firewoods
- Plenty of Shanty Houses
- Plenty of Food
- Witchcraft and Wizardry
- Ignorance and Barbarism
- Cattle theft
- Land conflicts
- Drought
- Serious and traditional farming business
The above items are very expensive in town, but too cheap in most of the rural areas, affordable and accessible. You can grow different kinds of cereals, tubers, vegetables and fruits cheaply and easily unlike in town and then you can sell them to the urban dwellers. The only thing that urban dwellers can stand and be proud of is the question of:
- Electricity
- Tarmac roads
- Railways
- Airports
- Harbours
- Modernity and Luxury lifestyle
- Fancy buildings
- Prostitution
- Plenty of White Collar Jobs and Business opportunities
- Beautiful women and cars
- Plenty of food from rural areas
- Expensive and better private and public schools
- Prisons and Police everywhere
- Thugs, gangsters and thieves who steal even in broad daylight
- Better hospitals
- Higher learning institutions, colleges etc.
- Plenty of financial firms eg. Banks, etc.
- Road accidents
- Beggers
- Plenty of HIV/AIDS and STD's.
- Plenty of Unemployment and Employment opportunities
