Cyber Punk 2077 Gets SUED!

Investors now have gone after project red. It is said that the grounds for suing are necessary due to the facts of the situation.  As right before the release hints and signs of the game not being finished after asking for more time several times.  They also used practices that honestly prove that they knew better.  It is said that when it came time for reviews it was a selective process and anyone who actually got to try it before it was released had stipulations and they made a perfect attempt to hide the bugs and mishaps!  No one was allowed to use ANY of the in game footage on release videos so all who was involved was honestly controlled to every aspect.  That is one of many things, but what it does prove is that they knew and still pushed the game to gold status.  This along with many lies has caused so much distrust now,  this company had one of the better statuses among game creators, makers, and with a title as great a the Witcher everyone had great expectations of the game.  Release came and withing 24 hours the game was deemed unplayable, and with a week or so Sony issued a statement and retracted the NO REFUNDS policy for this one time on this particular title they would offer a full refund due to the fact of the game not being playable.  Whatever the truth of the matter is I sure hope that something good comes of this.  I have not played nor have I watched any game footage of Cyber Punk.  I will eventually stream and play this title and give you a GAMERS opinion when I do.  So unfortunately this will be very bad news to the games makers because cancelled pre order, refunded  consoles, and a total bad review for release.  Give these guys credits, for they fooled so many with the tactics and misleading information.  They happen to be so good that they had a perfect plan for the perfect meta score on the pre release.  Now the Judge will hear this one, and I Tito.Tv will bring you some more on this topic as soon as it becomes available.  This is Tito.Tv with KvK God Squad Gaming News!
