The United World Peoples Party does not have any politicians within our party we are ordinary everyday people like everyone else, we are not politicians. We are people that have had enough of the lies from our politicians and parties, that say they are for the People but often lie and take us for granted. Leaving us without a voice being heard, leaving the People without any hope. Only giving the People what they want and not listening to us the People and not giving the People what we all really need. We recognize individual traditional tribes that are around the whole entire land of Australia, as individual owners of their tribal land. The United World Peoples Party recognize all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, their rights and culture and the tribal land of Australia. The United World Peoples Party believe it is an honor and privilege to be a part of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, who are truly the traditional owners of the land of Australia and should be treated as such.

Education Within The Work-Force:

The United World Peoples Party Believe work is important for every person with or without education, no matter race or what culture any person comes from. We believe in equality for everyone within the work-force, whether if the person has or has not got any or some education. Employment should not be judged by a person’s education: All Employment Services or Businesses, Governments and Government Departments should contribute to helping a person, within obtaining the correct education that is required to obtain the job. No rejection should be given to a person without any or some Education. All trainee ships, apprenticeships should not be rejected if a person has or has not got education. All trainee-ships, apprenticeships should be given to people that has some form of experience within the industry. The person or persons choosing that type of career, if Education is required within the Industry a person should be given a fair opportunity to obtain the education within the work-place of any Industry. Work Hours:

The United World Peoples Party Believe in a fairer work structure for hours. We believe in returning full time hours, part time hours & casual. We believe in introducing flexible hours for both women and men who are single parents, allowing single parents to have more time with their young children. We also believe in introducing flexible work hours for parents who are couples or married giving both parents time with their children. This includes introducing day-care services within the work-force, giving all forms of work hours that are fair for the people no matter their culture religion or race. We believe in including contract work hours for all kind of contract work-force hours that are flexible for both the contract worker and the person providing the contract making it a fair structure for all work-forces.

Working With Unions:

The World Peoples Party believes in working with Unions, we recognise union are an important asset to the work-force of Australia. The World Peoples Party believe in working and rebuilding a stable relationship, with the unions that is stronger then ever before we believe in building an Independent Union Group to Unit all Union together, making a stronger union work-force, building a fair union structure for all members of a productive society, we believe building new programs with the unions to ensure it to be adequate between both the work-force and the unions we believe in introducing new laws with the unions to ensure sexual harassment within the work-force is dealt with as a serious and malicious act to occur within the work-place, we believe in cleaning up the work-force to ensure sexual harassment becomes a crime not a joke, we believe in introducing a union crime sector giving the unions more power over sexual harassment crimes that are committed within the work-place, giving the unions the right to apprehend and charge the perpetrator that has committed the malicious act of sexual harassment

The United World Peoples Party Believe in a fair structure for unions to protect work-force from any misconduct within the employment sector, abuse of a worker, or any form of unlawful acts that may occur within the work-place or work-force.

The United World Peoples Party will work closely with all forms or types of unions to ensure the work force is treated fairly and without prejudice allowing unions to receive the appropriate actions that are according to the rights of the people.

Fair Days Pay:

The United World Peoples Party Believe in Fairer wage for a fairer day’s pay. All people within the work-force should be given a wage or salary that is structured to suit both the person and the cost of living, no one should have to struggle to live.

We believe in fairer education, no high cost should be a part of getting any form of Education.

Changers Within Education:

The United World Peoples Party believe in changing the education system to make homework a thing of the past. School is for school, home is for home. Our children should be able to enjoy school and their time at home. We believe in the safety of our children within our schools, teachers should be recognised as a safe role model for a child to obtain the correct and appropriate actions that protects a child from racism, acts against their culture or religion. No child should be sexually interfered or have their child innocence taken, all teachers or persons who is becoming a teacher should be screened and tested to prevent misconduct and inappropriate behavior against children. Teachers should be screened and tested for mental health to ensure the person is safe, stable and suitable to work within the Education Industry, making our schools a safe environment for all children.

Children’s Education:

Safety Comes First:

The United World Peoples Party Believes in our children's education. We believe in introducing safety classes to educate children on all types of safety (i.e. road safety, using a bicycle on roads, using crossings and general information to ensure that safety comes first). We believe some of the safety classes should be conducted on the school ground, to ensure the safety acts are used correctly and a child is kept safe at all times. We believe in building a road safe program and facilities on or near schools.

We believe in other safety programs to protect children from inappropriate behaviour against children. Programs that includes mental health workers, police officer of the community social worker to ensure a child's safety comes first. We believe in introducing these communities as a part of the education curriculum, we believe these communities should be permanent member of staff of all schools (No Child left behind).

Basic Education:

The United World Peoples Party Believes in No Child Left Behind. All children should be given the Basic Education that is required for a child to know and learn how to read, write and use basic maths no matter the child’s intellectual ability. We believe in introducing programs to help a child with special needs to accomplish similar achievements of other students that may have a higher intellectual ability. We believe in introducing No Child Left Behind programs to ensure that all children are given the appropriate Education that is needed for each child, to ensure No Child is Left Behind. We believe in building a positive, supportive and lifetime education system that supports all race, religion, culture and intellectual needs for all children. Let’s make education important for all children.

Higher Education for Children:

The United World Peoples Party Believes higher education should not be unreachable or achievable for children who does not have a higher intellectual ability. We believe all children should be given opportunities to learn any form of higher education. We believe in introducing intellectual programs to help children to achieve a higher education, for children who struggle within the curriculum system. We believe the intellectual programs should be designed to support and give the correct learning style that allows the child to build up their intellectual abilities. To be able to have full understanding of what they have been taught, this should be done in such a way that works with the intellectual ability of a child. We believe in introducing specially trained teaching staff to work with children on a one on one basis to help a child who has a lower intellectual ability, to help achieve a higher intellectual standard that is suitable for the child.

Health Services Within Schools:

The United World Peoples Party Believes in health of the children. We believe health of a child is just as important at schools as it is at home. We believe in introducing health services within the education system by building health facilities that provides services such as doctors, nurses and dentist that includes free ambulance services for the schools. We believe these health facilities should be affordable within the school fees No Child Left Behind with their health at school. We believe in introducing health programs to teach a child on how to look after themselves, within reason that is appropriate and achievable to ensure the health of a child comes first.

The United World Peoples Party believes in the people’s Health we believe health should be taken very seriously. No Woman, Man or Children should be on a waiting list of any form or type of surgery procedures that is considered as life threatening or surgery that can possibly help a Woman or Man to return to work. The United World Peoples Party recognises no Woman or Man likes to have dependence of any form or type of Government Payments because of ill health or being put on a waiting list for surgery. The United World Peoples Party believes the people be able to get healed with good health by giving the people No Waiting List Medical System. This will give more beds to all Hospitals, providing more doctors and nurses to each Hospital. Putting more funds to Medical research to find cures for cancer, aids and many other life threatening diseases. The United World Peoples Party believes in abolishing waiting list to better the people’s health. We believe abolishing the waiting list will give the people a more productive life, this will also give the people a better chance in returning to work, No More Waiting List. (Time to Live Not Die)

Medicare System:

The United World Peoples Party believe in the health of the people, health should be affordable for everyone no matter their affordability, race, religion or culture. We believe Medicare should not only be for people on benefits (i.e. Unemployment, Pensions) Medicare should be for all the people no matter what type of wage or salary. Medicare should be designed for all types of incomes, Medicare should have a health insurance system built within the Medicare system, making health insurance more affordable for all types of income. Medicare requires a system built, that changes the way we think out health coverage. The Medicare system should provide healthcare that is adequate and covers all areas within the medical industry (i.e. dentist, doctors, and hospitals including ambulance services) should be a part of the Medicare System. Bring the cost of all medical services to become affordable, Medicare should have a mental health system to help people to obtain adequate mental health services that is required for the people. The United World Peoples Party believes in the health of the children. We believe all children should be given adequate health services, a health service that is affordable for all types of medicines, doctors and hospitals. We believe all children should be healthy in everyday living we believe in introducing on call doctor services for children.

The United World Peoples Party believe in lower medical costs for all types of people on low income.

The United World Peoples Party believe in a Fairer Medicare System that covers all types of incomes.

The United World Peoples Party Believe in an affordable life for the people, we believe each person requires the right to afford food to feed their family and themselves through their life.

The United World Peoples Party believe in all areas of cost of living should be affordable for everyone no matter your affordability i.e. (Rent, Fuel or Petrol, Household Gas & Electricity, Medicine).

Economy &Taxes:

The United World Peoples Party Believe in fair Taxes for the people, that is at a fair rate for all types of pay rates within the employment sector.

The United World Peoples Party believe in lower taxes for a better economy (to allow more businesses to be opened) (lower taxes to suit every person and their needs).

Taxes that are affordable to all people for all needs of the people.

We believe in no new taxes, taxes should be cut and abolishing the capital gains tax.

We believe in a new system that has just one tax for all.

Welfare:

Unemployment:

The United World Peoples Party believe in a working welfare system for the people no matter their race, religion or culture. The United World Peoples Party believes in building a fair go welfare system, a welfare system that is designed to do more for the people on unemployment benefits. We believe in a welfare system that gives the people education for obtaining a suitable career for the long term employment. More funding to help with drug addiction, alcohol addiction and mental health to help the people go back to work. We believe in introducing employment programs to train people in all types of Industries providing more employment for the unemployment. The United World Peoples Party believes in introducing an Independent Employment service, this service will provide long and short term employment. Such employment that provides flexible hours from (i.e. Full-time, Part-time and casual-hours) to suit a person’s needs, we believe in employment not unemployment.

Benefits: (Unemployment:)

How this will work:

The United Peoples Party are committed in applying additional funds to go towards the self-unemployment funding system. To help employers with an additional 5% that will already come out of the employees pay. This will bring superannuation from its current standard of 10% to 15% but however the 5% is split up into 2.5% for unemployment funds and a 2.5% for a pension fund. The United World Peoples Party (if obtains government) will contribute 2.5% for the unemployment fund and 2.5% for the pension fund just as the employers will be required to do. This will boost and increase the superannuation fund to 20% at the end of the period of working (if a person is employed for their whole entire time both funds will be included to their superannuation roll over this being the basis on how it works). The United Peoples Party are committed in increasing pay structures for employees that will allow them to help fund the self-unemployment system and self-pension funding system. This commitment will be a long term agreement with all sectors of community that may or may not be involved with the self-unemployment funding system. We will work with all businesses and communities to ensure this system is safe, secure and recognised as a new unemployment system for the whole entire workforce. To ensure the security of a person who becomes unemployed that they are not without any funds. (If a period of time that does not allow sufficient funds for people who are contributing to the self-unemployment funding system The United World Peoples Party are committed to ensure an appropriate benefit is given for the person who is unemployed. A benefit that is locked in with commitments of ensuring the person or persons requiring a tax unemployment benefit).

Benefits (Pension:)

The United World Peoples Party are committed to introducing a self-funded pension system that is similar to the self-unemployment funding system. We recognise the need to renew and rethink the current structuring of benefits to consider the rise in affordability, the strain on the current procedures and the expense for the people. The self-funded pension system will require an increase to salaries of 5% in total, a 2.5% deposit for both the employer and the 2.5% from the overseeing employment body. This will allow employees to gain access to self-funded pension payments they themselves have contributed to. These payments will cover a wide range of needs from parental to sickness including long term disability. The need of these payments is easily overlooked and under estimated with many people still experiencing hardship. To be able to contribute to their own future by using a portion of their adjusted salaries this will lessen the strain upon the funding limits and give a wider choice to how and when this money can be used. There will be conditions to each pension payment to ensure it will benefit the people for example a parental payment will be given on a full pay basis during the time after birth, lessening at the time appropriate for the child to attend kindergarten which allows the parent to still receive funding once they go back to work. This system will be designed to suit the individual person, not to suit the category of an individual.

Tax Benefit: (Unemployment:)

The United World Peoples Party is committed in Introducing a new Tax benefit system for unemployment. This system will be used as a safety net to ensure the people have added security and stability. The Tax Benefit will start after a period of time that the person or persons have for unforeseen circumstance been required to use their self-funded payments but are not yet able to commence full-time, part-time or casual employment. The Tax Benefits will be used in partnership with the community and businesses to lessen hardships and strain both financial and personal upon the people. This will require active assistance to support and encourage the return to a productive lifestyle, from assistance to obtain rebates for living, recognising barriers and finding solutions to enable the people the ability to move forward from the Tax Benefit payments. To enable this system a rolling future for future generations a 2% funding from the benefits will be placed back into the surplus account which allows those claiming it to still be supporting themselves and the safety net as well as ensuring the program will continue in the future. This benefit will also apply to currently registered unemployed persons.

The United World Peoples Party will ensure the Tax Benefit payments are balanced equally for the needs of all people by introducing the Tax Benefits for Pension payments.

We believe people’s right should be respected all times there should not be any disregard of a person’s rights.

Right to a Home:

The United World Peoples Party believes in homes for the people we believe every Woman, Man and Child has and reserves the right to have a home. We believe a home should not be unreachable or UN-affordable, we believe people should not be without a home and placed into poverty by their Government, Business or Community Organisation. This should be recognised as a right of the people No Matter Their Race, Religion, or Culture (Homes For The People).

Knowledge of The People:

The United World Peoples Party are against laws being changed without notifying the people, we believe laws should be about the people. The people should be able to vote on changes within any law that gets changed. This will help the people have a better understanding of the changes that are in question of being changed.

Humanity Rights Bill:

The United World Peoples Party believe in creating a Human Rights bill that protects & secures all the Peoples rights in all ways possible without fail or disregard nor act of ignorance.

The United World Peoples Party believe no government or government department, business or community organisations or members of the public should have any rights to disregard anther's right to Humanity.

The United World Peoples Party believe in justice for the people Justice should be fair for all the people no matter their race or religion or culture. Justice should be affordable to all people no matter race, religion or culture of the person.

We believe in justice for all that no crime should be unpunished, and all punishments should suit the crime.

Multicultural Law:

The United World Peoples Party believe in including multicultural punishments in such ways such as terrorist attacks, crimes against the country and its citizens protecting the people in all ways (by using the correct laws) and adopting laws in the multicultural sector (for its appropriate use).

Gangland Law:

The United World Peoples Party believe in introducing work with gangs programs to help understand on how to help the people within gangs. We believe in working with the people to help stop street crimes from happening, we believe creating Work with Gangs Programs will help the people get the education, health and employment the people need. Help the people to achievable new heights within their life, help people work away from a gangland lifestyle. The United World Peoples Party believes in using the programs first rather than giving out harsher penalties and punishments, we believe in a one chance system should be put into place to ensure that help comes first not penalties or punishments.

The United World Peoples Party believes if a crime is committed is such a way that requires penalties or punishments, the correct penalties or punishments will apply. We believe no crime should go unpunished.

Gangland Crimes:

The United World Peoples Party believe in harsher penalties for all types of gangs, organised crime and group criminal activities regardless of background, race, age or any form of diversity because we believe the People should be always safe no matter what city or country town they are in, we believe it is time to make our streets safe again.

The United World Peoples Party believe in keeping the people safe within the community and all citizens within their towns and cities by introducing new mandatory laws that will apply to all gangs, organised crime and group criminal activities including general public. We believe Mandatory Sentencing should be used for serious crimes against the public (i.e. violent crimes, serious malicious crimes, acts of terrorising that be considered as act of terrorism). We believe mandatory sentencing will help reduce serious crime throughout Australia. No Woman, Man or Child should be faced with malicious, violent crimes that harms and destroys families’ lives. The United World Peoples Party Believe in Traditional and Tribal laws to be used and recognised by the people as laws for the traditional tribes of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. No matter the structure of the tradition, tribes and their laws no tribe should be left without the rights to punish their own people giving the traditional people of Australia the right to choose between both laws, judicial laws and tribal laws.

Corruption:

The United World Peoples Party believe in anti-corruption, no person or persons should be faced with corruption of any kind. The United World Peoples Party believes in Introducing Mandatory Asset Recovery laws for people who committed fraudulent corruption. We believe in introducing Mandatory Sentencing for people who committed serious, malicious corruption. Corruption is a crime and should be treated seriously and dealt harsh punishments and penalties. We believe the most effective way to bring this crime to an end is by Introducing harsh Mandatory Sentencing to suit all types of corruption that has been committed. Corruption has over the years damaged and destroyed many people around Australia, we believe corruption should be stopped and the people should be protected against corruption. We recognise that corruption is crime against the people a crime that should not be tolerated or treated lightly.

The United World Peoples Party Believe Public Assets should remain the property of the people.

Public Housing:

The United World Peoples Party believes in building an Independent Public Housing Group that is ran by the people for the people. We believe in building an Independent Public-Housing Group to be more adequate, fair and positive towards the people. We believe all peoples housing rights should be respectfully given and not used against the people within the public housing system. We believe an Independent Public-Housing Group should be a public based organisation that is owned and ran by the people. We believe an Independent Public-Housing Group should be funded by the Government to help with maintaining of public housing or replacing the building. We believe all rent paid should go back into the building and land to help keep the buildings up date as the years go by. No building should not be left to go to waste all buildings should be maintained or replaced if required. The United World Peoples Party believes in abolishing the waiting list system, no one should wait to be housed. Let’s bring an end to homelessness: everyone deserves a home.

The United World Peoples Party are against all kinds of public housing being sold off and any form of privatisation of public housing. Public housing belongs to the public, No Government or Government Departments, Organisation, Private Corporations should have the right to sell off public assets. The United World Peoples Party believe in introducing a bill to stop public housing from ever being sold off. We believe in returning all public assets back to the people, we believe it is up to the people to vote for the right to sell off their public assets. We believe the Government has a privilege to help the public to maintain and look after public assets, this privilege should only be honoured to the people. We believe public assets are for the people and should be ran by the people.

Eco- Friendly Public Housing:

The United World Peoples Party believes in building more public housing with an Eco-friendly system that is suitable for the environment (i.e. solar powered energy, grey water systems, recyclable waste system). Including an Eco-friendly sewer system to help the environment that is efficient and affordable for all the public to last for years to come. The United World Peoples Party believes in reconstructing existing Public Housing buildings to be upgraded to follow the suit of the new Public Housing buildings. Bringing the housing to a new standard that is Eco-friendly and good for the environment. The United World Peoples Party believes in green for life we believe each and every new or old building should have an environment of enjoyment for the people. All public housing requires trees, park benches, playground equipment that is safe and adequate for all public members, the outdoors should be a clean and good environment for all the people within the public housing system (bring in a green future, Green for life).

The United World Peoples Party believe in public land, we believe public land should remain public property. We believe public land should be ran by the people for the people, public land should only be sold off by the peoples vote. We believe it should be the rights of the people to decide what happens to public land. The United World Peoples Party Believes No government, government department, business or organisation has the right to sell off public land as The United World Peoples Party believes public land belongs to the People.

The United World Peoples Party Believe in homes for the people.

Homelessness:

The United World Peoples Party does not tolerate homelessness, the people require homes for a safer lifestyle. We believe homes for the people will help the people with their health and well being, we believe no man, woman or child should be forced to live a life on the street. This act of inhuman conditions towards the people should carry harsher punishments toward the person or persons who has committed this inhuman crime against the people. An inhuman act is a very serious crime and should be outlawed. The United World Peoples Party believes in introducing a bill to outlaw homelessness, and make laws to punish the criminals who has committed inhuman acts against any public member of a productive society. The United World Peoples Party believe No Government, Government Department or Business Community or Organisation including real estate strictly have no right to place any person (i.e. Woman, Man or Children) in an inhuman condition of any kind (i.e. living on the streets, a poorly maintained building of any kind, shape or form). This is considered as a crime and goes against the rights of a person this crime of inhuman acts should place such punishments, that allows any owned property or assets of the person or persons to be seized and sold off to compensate the person or persons that had this crime of inhuman acts placed against them.

Outlawing Homelessness:

The United World Peoples Party believe in outlawing homelessness so it can never happen again. The United World Peoples Party believe every man, woman and child deserves to have a home, no matter religion, race or culture we come from. We believe laws should be made to safeguard a person or persons from becoming homeless. We believe more funding from Governments should be provided to communities and organisations including medical health and mental health services. To help the people to regain their positions back within a productive society. The United World Peoples Party Believes in building a stronger, safer and adequate Public transport system.

The United World Peoples Party believe in a safer public transport system for all People no matter race, religion, culture or any form of diversity.

We believe in building an Eco-friendly tram system to help the environment.

We believe in building an Eco-friendly bus service to help the environment.

We believe in manned security booths at stations & tram stops and ticket conductors/vendors once more on trains, trams & buses this will increase employment opportunities in the transport industries.

Community Organisations:

The United World Peoples Part Believe in working with all communities and their Organisations to benefit the people with any welfare needs that the people may require (i.e. clothes food housing products, i.e. fridge, washer, beds).

We believe in being involved in each community-organisation.

Racism:

The United World Peoples Party believe in being anti-racist.

The United World Peoples Party believe it’s time for the people to come together and stop the racism.

The United World Peoples Party believe in anti-racism that everyone is equal no matter culture, religion or race.

The United World Peoples Party believe no Government, Government Department or Political Party’s or Business including Public members should engage in any form of racism of any kind.

Environment & Eco-Positive:

The United World Peoples Party Believe in our Environment and believe in being Eco Positive to better our life and helping the environment. Helping the people to become green, more positivist to the environment giving the people better health within the long term of our lives. We believe in going green within our places of Work, Homes and Business. Including all Governments, Groups or Departments we believe in building a green work-force to help create a cleaner environment for life. The United World Peoples Party believes in creating employment within the recycling industry, including rebuilding the Automotive industry of Australia. We believe in building green housing, creating more employment within the building industry.

Green Energy:

The United World Peoples Party are for the environment and will be Eco-positive we believe in building green energy power systems for the environment and for the health of the people. We believe in solar power is for everyone, we believe all old or new buildings should equipped with adequate solar power systems or a self-contained solar power system. That will help the environment lowering the cost of energy, designed in such a way that it will limit the current energy crisis Australia is facing today. Building more employment within the energy industry, providing energy efficient homes and business around Australia (green for life).

Green Housing:

The United World Peoples Party believes in building Housing to suit all needs and to suit all types of weather (this includes building more self-contained buildings/houses as such that are equipped with solar power, environmental colour coded taps, including environmentally friendly building update/upgrade system for existing dwellings).

The United World Peoples Party also believe our wildlife should be protected and more parks for our public and our wildlife (including shaded areas and other health/outdoor items).

Eco Friendly Day:

The United World Peoples Party believe in going green for life. We believe in cleaning up our country to make it good, safe and clean for all. We believe in introducing an Eco-friendly day that will allow the people to only use public transport, bicycle or walk to work, shopping centres, etc. Allowing the emergency services to use their vehicles but only within an emergency because we do believe in the environment. We believe Eco-Friendly day should be given within the Year, one day each year will help the environment and help the people to better their health, making it for the environment.

Eco- Friendly Driving System:

The United World Peoples Party believe in an Eco-friendly driving system to lessen the amount of vehicles and Emissions that go into the environment each year. This will help the environment in the long term. The United World Peoples Party Believes Eco- friendly fuels should be produced for all types of vehicles to suit the needs of the environment.

Green Cars:

The United World Peoples Party believe in building an Eco-friendly auto-manufacturer that just does not build new cars out of new materials but uses both recycled materials, such as using older vehicles from auto wrecking yards and start the world’s first auto replacement program. To provide new vehicles to the people allowing a mass-recycling, productive system within the automotive industry. Creating employment within the recycling and automotive industries of Australia. Making owning a vehicle much cheaper and affordable for all, this will allow the restarting of the automotive industry within Australia.

Waste Management:

The United World Peoples Party Believes in a waste free society we believe in recycling all material that is possible to be recyclable (i.e. old and unusable furniture, wood, paper plastic) to turn them into reusable products. We believe that the old style waste management (land fill) should be placed into a recycling service for most recyclable products, allowing this service to be a productive and positive eco-environment waste management service. A waste not want not system helping the environment with reproducing in its natural status. Providing more employment within the recycling sector making Australia the leading mass- recycling country.

The United World Peoples Party believe in freeing the asylum seekers and treating them fairly, so they are not being treated inhumanly.

We believe every man woman and child deserves to live upon this earth in peace and harmony and that any peace deals should be shared amongst the people not just the politicians.
