Government Alliance - HIA

The Government of Russia is plesured to inform you that we have successfuly negoinated a deal with the HIA to form an Alliance under the Executive Order of the President of Russia and the Founding Director of HIA. Therefore the Alliance is now enforced and HIA and the Russian Government shall both now be classed as Offical Alliances of the State.
